We have arranged with CareCredit, a medical credit service provider, to extend & manage credit services for our valued patients. Because of this special arrangement, with our office, interest rates are as low as 0% for as long as 18 months. Our Financial Policies
As mentioned above we do not operate a billing service. Payment, or your insurance copayment estimate is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, check, & CareCredit payment plans. The Advantage Plan helps those without insurance. Treatment must be paid in full minus estimated insurance, prior to your appointment. Finance charges will accrue at 1.5% per month, $10.00 minimum charge, on balances over 30 days old.
